About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of progressive labor relations experience
- Expertise in collective bargaining agreement administration and negotiations
- Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Strong negotiating skills with a demonstrated track record of achieving mutually beneficial outcomes
