About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides executive support to the CEO in a one-on-one working relationship
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO
  • Liaison to the senior management team
  • Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts
  • Oversees special projects
  • Works independently on projects from conception to completion
  • Manages multiple priorities seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings and off-sites, and all-staff meetings
  • Demonstrates proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be available during working East Coast hours: 8am-6pm M-F EST (working hours of CEO)
  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a digital marketing organization
  • Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and creating efficiencies in even the day-to-day tasks
  • Proficient in founder branding and executive management/support
  • Experience planning corporate events and travel to/from
