Performance Creative Designer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Craft compelling design assets backed by data
- Produce motion graphics and video content optimized for social media
- Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units
- Collaborate with media and content teams
- Support Directive's marketing with creative assets
- Maintain brand consistency across all assets
- Collaborate with teams to understand business goals
- Design and implement A/B tests using CRO tools
- Conduct user research and usability testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years experience in graphic design
- 1 year experience with motion graphics
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing
- Driven to stay ahead of industry trends
