About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the goals for every client engagement in their pod
- Ensure clients follow best practices across all channels and mediums
- Support strategists in navigating approval processes for campaigns
- Establish action plans to address roadblocks in strategy execution
- Develop and maintain accountability within the team to foster a leadership culture
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working in a performance marketing agency
- Strong knowledge of LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, Functional Content
- Leadership skills to build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear communication
- Willingness to learn about AI and automation's role in marketing and operations
