About the role

  • Lead the technical discovery and implementation of high-value SalesOps projects
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CROs and VPs of Sales
  • Partner with Operations and Growth leaders to define SalesOps point of view
  • Manage project milestones and deadlines with rigor
  • Initially act as an individual contributor, with goals of hiring and managing a team

Requirements

  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and enterprise-level SalesTech stacks.
  • Strong consultative presence for project pitches and ensuring measurable ROI.
  • Experience in complex migrations, data modeling, and GTM labeling/naming conventions.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing clear project roadmaps.
  • Desire to lead and grow a SalesOps team.
