About the role
- The Managing Director, Performance will be the head of our largest business unit with $27m+ under management.
- You will own the vision, strategy, and financial performance of the division, ensuring exceptional client outcomes while driving operational excellence and team development.
- This is an executive position which will directly report into the CEO.

- This role is ideal for a strategic operator and growth leader who thrives in high-performance environments and is passionate about building teams, scaling services, and driving measurable marketing results for mid-market and enterprise B2B brands.
Requirements
- 5-10+ yrs of experience managing agency operations with VP level direct reports
- True depth of B2B marketing expertise
- Hardest working, smartest, most honest person in every organization you have served
- Monthly travel (1-2x @ 48 hr trips) across clients, events, and direct reports
