About the role

  • Directly responsible for both client and employee retention; performance reflected in P&L
  • Set the goals for every client engagement in their pod
  • Ensure every client follows best practices across channels (LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, Functional Content)
  • Break down barriers to campaign approval and support strategists in earning approvals
  • Ensure roadblocks are discussed in 1x1s and action plans are established
  • Build structure, create cadence, support proactively, and empower team with clear communication and expectation setting
  • Drive key goals: NSM attainment 100%, CSAT 4.2+, and bookings $150k per half of the year (pod)
  • Collaborate virtually (Zoom, Slack) and operate 100% virtually from a home office when applicable

  • Experience in B2B tech and SaaS marketing
  • Leadership experience: managing teams, building structure, creating cadence, proactive support, and expectation setting
  • Responsibility for client and employee retention and accountability for P&L performance
  • Ability to set goals for every client engagement and ensure best practices across channels
  • Knowledge/experience with LTV:CAC modeling, Customer Generation, Share of SERP, Functional Content
  • Ability to identify and remove roadblocks to campaign approvals and support strategists
  • Ability to operate a laptop (PC or Mac), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools
  • Reliable internet access and a professional background
  • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication
  • For global locations: established and current work authorization and permanent residence in that country
