Overseeing data cleansing and validation efforts as part of SAP data migration
Analyzing SAP production issues and defining sustainable solutions
Assisting users in defining new reporting requirements
Acting as an IT Business Partner for Divisional Business Unit Leadership within Finance and Operations
Understanding technical details, integrations, and functions of multiple complex systems
Providing guidance and domain knowledge to stakeholders
Creating and executing test scenarios
Articulating requirements to technical teams
Collaborating in forecasting project timelines

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an SAP BO Analyst
Work in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days WFH)
Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics environments
Experience with SQL development and SQL-based databases
Experience with modern data platforms such as Databricks and Python
Experience with Azure Data Factory or similar data integration or orchestration tools
Experience developing and supporting BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Qlik or SAP BusinessObjects
Experience analyzing transforming and validating large datasets
Knowledge of data modeling concepts including dimensional modeling and star schema design
Experience developing reports using SAP BusinessObjects or similar enterprise BI tools
Familiarity with Central Management Console or similar BI platform administration tools
Experience with ETL or ELT processes and data pipelines
Knowledge of data integration patterns between enterprise systems and analytics platforms
Experience mentoring engineers or supporting technical initiatives
Ability to participate in technical discussions troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
