Requirements

2+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant
Experience with Oracle Utilities
Experience with meter-to-cash processes
Experience with billing payments credits and collections
Experience with customer information and rate schedules
Experience with business requirements workshops and functional design
Experience with UAT process mapping and stakeholder management
Experience with translating business needs into system changes
