About the role

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of key capabilities for the Pet Insurance proposition.
  • Own and execute the product vision and roadmap for pet insurance.
  • Design customer-centric experiences across the decision journey.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage business strategy and portfolio prioritisation.
  • Drive end-to-end customer experience across web, mobile, and apps.
  • Develop business cases and scope requirements for product improvements.
  • Champion agile delivery frameworks and promote best practices within the team.
  • Monitor and communicate product performance including insights and metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management and relationship management, ideally with consumer-facing or pet-related products.
  • Ability to set and deliver commercial and customer KPIs, using insights and analytics to drive improvements.
  • Strong skills in business case development, benefits calculation, and roadmap prioritisation.
  • Track record of working in a fast-paced, agile environment, driving delivery and managing sprints.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills across multi-disciplinary teams.
