Senior Paid Search Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of large-scale Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and App Campaigns
- Build, launch and optimise campaigns focused on profitable new customer acquisition
- Continuously improve campaign performance across key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CLV, CTR and CVR
- Manage campaign pacing, budgets and performance across multiple regions and international markets
- Conduct keyword research, search query analysis, audience refinement and bid optimisation
- Support ongoing testing initiatives across ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, audience targeting and bidding strategies
- Write high-performing, conversion-focused ad copy across multiple customer segments and markets
- Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, CRM and Data teams to support scalable customer growth
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance insights using Looker Studio and platform reporting tools
- Support tracking, attribution and audience management across Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Explore AI-powered tools and automation workflows to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
- Maintain a high standard of campaign QA, structure and execution across all account activity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts
- Strong experience across Search Campaigns, Performance Max and App Campaigns (UAC)
- Proven track record improving acquisition performance and campaign efficiency at scale
- Strong understanding of paid search optimisation, bidding strategies and auction dynamics
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
- Strong copywriting instincts and a passion for performance-driven creative
- Comfortable working across both the analytical and creative sides of paid search
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-moving campaigns
- Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams
- Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing workflows and campaign performance
