About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the day-to-day management and optimisation of large-scale Google Ads accounts across Search, Performance Max, Shopping and App Campaigns
  • Build, launch and optimise campaigns focused on profitable new customer acquisition
  • Continuously improve campaign performance across key metrics including ROAS, CAC, CLV, CTR and CVR
  • Manage campaign pacing, budgets and performance across multiple regions and international markets
  • Conduct keyword research, search query analysis, audience refinement and bid optimisation
  • Support ongoing testing initiatives across ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, audience targeting and bidding strategies
  • Write high-performing, conversion-focused ad copy across multiple customer segments and markets
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Product, CRM and Data teams to support scalable customer growth
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and performance insights using Looker Studio and platform reporting tools
  • Support tracking, attribution and audience management across Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • Explore AI-powered tools and automation workflows to improve campaign performance and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a high standard of campaign QA, structure and execution across all account activity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Google Ads accounts
  • Strong experience across Search Campaigns, Performance Max and App Campaigns (UAC)
  • Proven track record improving acquisition performance and campaign efficiency at scale
  • Strong understanding of paid search optimisation, bidding strategies and auction dynamics
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio
  • Strong copywriting instincts and a passion for performance-driven creative
  • Comfortable working across both the analytical and creative sides of paid search
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-moving campaigns
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Interest in leveraging AI tools and automation platforms to improve marketing workflows and campaign performance
