About the role
- Set global product marketing strategy for Entity and Subsidiary Management
- Link customer needs to go-to-market strategy, product positioning and pricing
- Drive success of Entity Management software and Managed Services globally, owning revenue and retention targets
- Conduct market sizing, opportunity analysis, market and customer research
- Develop business cases for new solutions and create product/solution positioning and messaging
- Create customer-relevant solution bundles, set pricing and promotions
- Develop and execute internal and external launch plans and demand generation strategies
- Drive sales and marketing content and shape sales training and enablement
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, customer success, content, and other stakeholders
- Lead and grow a product marketing team, supporting development and career growth
- Monitor competitive activities and identify gaps and opportunities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the corporate governance market
- 5+ years managing a team including hiring, inspiring and leading within a fast-paced marketing organization
- Experience developing go-to-market plans with clear data-driven results
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across product, sales and training teams
- Understanding of pricing for SaaS and proven experience leading pricing and packaging strategies
- Proven ability to create and position solution offers unique to different segments
- Ability to craft compelling stories, collateral, and tools for business and technical buyers
- Technically savvy and intellectually curious about new technologies
- Experience learning new markets and devising solutions and marketing strategies
- Strong teaming, communication, and collaboration skills
- If within commuting distance to a Diligent office, ability to work onsite at least 50% of the time
