About the role

  • Manage day-to-day client communication across APAC
  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients
  • Drive adoption of our AI-powered SaaS platform
  • Identify issues using client data and feedback
  • Prioritise and resolve client queries and incidents
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on client needs
  • Deliver product training, demos and webinars
  • Maintain client documentation and knowledge base content
  • Partner with Sales on expansions and new modules
  • Own renewals and ensure high client satisfaction
  • Attend client meetings, conferences and industry events

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Client Success / Customer Success in B2B SaaS or FinTech
  • Experience working with institutional investors or fund managers (strong plus)
  • Proven experience across onboarding, adoption, renewals and relationship management
  • Strong communication, client handling and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as our representative in Australia
  • Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
  • Based in NSW or Victoria with ability to travel occasionally
  • Experience running demos, training or webinars
  • CRM exposure (HubSpot or similar)
  • Full work rights in Australia
