About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and optimize the entire demand generation funnel, from campaign execution through to qualified pipeline creation.
- Responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving revenue-generating programs across multiple channels while ensuring every marketing activity is connected to measurable business outcomes.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.
- Lead creative testing initiatives, including the development of ad creative briefs and performance-driven iterations.
- Own the marketing-qualified lead (MQL) funnel and drive progression through nurturing and sales qualification stages.
- Manage webinar promotion, setup, and execution as a core demand generation channel.
- Develop and manage lead magnet strategies, ensuring content assets effectively support pipeline growth and conversion objectives.
- Own HubSpot configuration and optimization, including lifecycle stage management and lead scoring frameworks.
- Establish and maintain robust attribution models through disciplined UTM governance and tracking standards.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and pipeline contribution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or a related discipline.
- Proven success managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience designing and managing full-funnel marketing programs, including lead generation, MQL nurturing, and SQL conversion strategies.
- Strong background in revenue marketing, marketing attribution, reporting, and funnel performance analysis.
- Ability to independently execute, optimize, and scale marketing programs without requiring extensive oversight.
- Strong experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and automated nurturing workflows.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
- Experience working with analytics, attribution, and dashboarding tools, supported by disciplined UTM tracking practices.
- Preferred Experience: Experience managing webinar platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar solutions.
- Exposure to programmatic advertising and additional paid acquisition channels.
- Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and advanced audience segmentation.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including SQL or spreadsheet-based attribution and performance modeling.
- Revenue-focused mindset with a strong understanding of funnel performance and business impact.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
