About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver high-quality designs for landing pages, eDMs, and social media tiles, web banners and more.
Interpret and apply existing brand guidelines with precision. Contribute to the development of new brand identities, including logo marks, colour palettes, and typography systems.
Design and oversee the production of apparel, event merchandise, and physical handouts, ensuring brand consistency across different materials.
Setting up complex files for production, with a thorough understanding of working with CMYK and spot colours, bleed, trim etc.
Execute minor front-end updates and layout changes within CMS platforms such as WordPress and Wix.
Apply existing AI tool knowledge to improve workflow efficiency, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and implement AI tools and processes where required.
Perform thorough pre-flight checks on all digital and print files to reduce the risk of errors or issues.
Lead client-facing workshops and design presentations. Articulate the strategic "why" behind creative decisions to non-design stakeholders.
Maintain rigorous time-tracking records for all tasks in Accelo. Manage multiple competing briefs simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without a reduction in quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing environments.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams and present creative concepts confidently.
Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced agency setting.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability for quality and deadlines.
Strategic and problem‑solving mindset, with the ability to articulate the rationale behind creative decisions.
Proactive, adaptable, and open to learning new tools, processes, and ways of working.
A minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency setting.
Expert-level command of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Desirable: Proficiency in After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion graphics and video editing.
Comprehensive understanding of the print production process.
Basic HTML/CSS skills or a willingness to learn and upskill in this area.
