Support us in expanding our training portfolio to include outpatient supported living and specialized residential settings: We have a clear roadmap and are looking for academic authors who can contribute their expertise to the content expansion and further development of our offerings in these areas.
Together we want to support staff working in these fields to perform their demanding and responsible roles with sound professional knowledge and practical relevance.
Curriculum and topic development: You will participate in the joint creation and further development of a curriculum or topic structure for the stated areas.
Thorough literature research: You will conduct comprehensive research into current literature as well as evidence-based methods and best practices.
Creation of practice-oriented training content: You will develop subject-specific learning materials for the target group based on existing concepts or collaboratively developed frameworks.
Editing/proofreading: You will revise existing texts both linguistically and technically.
Quality assurance: You will ensure clear and accurate presentation of content and make sure texts are linguistically flawless and technically correct.
Development of learning content: You will actively contribute to the strategic development of our training courses by identifying industry-specific trends and best practices and integrating them into the courses.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Professional qualification: You hold a degree or comparable professional qualification, e.g., in social work, social pedagogy, special education, education science, psychology, medicine, nursing or a related field.
Practical experience: Practical experience in outpatient supported living, specialized residential settings, integration assistance, or a related social or care field is explicitly desired. Experience working with people with disabilities or mental health conditions is particularly relevant.
Language skills: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense for user-friendly, target-group-appropriate text presentation.
Quality awareness: You work precisely and with attention to detail, ensuring all content meets the highest professional and linguistic standards.
Conscientiousness: You have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work accurately and independently, adhering to agreements and deadlines.
Team and organizational skills: You will work closely with our product development team and other team members.
