About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently research potential companies within the target group and region.
- Acquire new customers by phone or on-site.
- Analyze the local market and identify new opportunities.
- Serve as the point of contact for customers after contract signing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in field sales, sales, or retail environments.
- A proven sales talent who reliably wins customers and builds long-term partnerships.
- Self-motivated, well organized, and results/goal-oriented.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in negotiations.
- Familiarity with the specific characteristics of the local market.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Very good German language skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
