About the role
- Source and enroll early-stage founder clients actively raising capital
- Execute signed client engagement agreements and collect the one-time enrollment fee
- Conduct 8 weekly sessions per client over the 60-day window
- Deliver guaranteed investor meetings via the ctd.ai platform (15 Standard / 30 Premium)
- File VC fund applications via vcsheet.com/funds (40 Standard / 80 Premium)
- Coordinate with Initio's marketing team and analyst for outreach and materials delivery
- Log all investor outreach, meeting confirmations, and application submissions in Company systems
- Upsell the optional fundraising materials package at enrollment when appropriate
Requirements
- Operators, advisors, or founders with a network in the startup and venture ecosystem
- Those comfortable in a fully performance-based compensation structure
