About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with leading companies and prominent entrepreneurs in the construction, real estate, energy, and mobility sectors.
Planning, scheduling, shooting, and post-production of various projects: from documentaries to short videos for different platforms, especially YouTube and Instagram.
Producing and post-producing our audio and video podcasts, as well as creating thumbnails, teasers, trailers, and social media clips.
Supporting the planning and execution of photo and video projects, from concept to final delivery.
Creating visually engaging and creative videos that effectively convey our passion for the industry.
Working with the team to elevate the DIGITALWERK brand and the personal brand Michél-Philipp Maruhn to the next level.
Maintaining and organizing video equipment and ensuring technical quality and efficiency in production.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training or a degree in media production, film, video, animation, or a related field.
Experience in photo and video production and proficiency in operating camera, audio, and lighting equipment.
Confident handling of audio and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Photoshop).
Comfortable working with cloud-based tools such as Google Workspace (Drive, Mail, Calendar).
Creative, passionate about visual storytelling, with a keen eye for detail.
Team player with initiative and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
You believe in the podcast medium and the video format and are excited to help revolutionize a traditionally conservative industry.
Willing to travel occasionally, both nationally and internationally.
