About the role
- Together with us, you will place one of the most exciting product portfolios on the market.
- You will acquire new clients and partners for the DIGITALWERK ecosystem and provide them with optimal support to achieve their goals.
- You will independently research potential new clients, proactively contact them, and handle incoming inquiries.
- You will recommend suitable products from the DIGITALWERK portfolio and create tailored offers that align with partners’ needs and objectives.
- You will lead negotiations independently through to contract signature.
- You will build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners to achieve shared growth goals.
- You will maintain customer data in our CRM (Pipedrive) and use modern tools (Asana, Slack, Google Sheets, etc.).
- In addition to existing products and services, you will be encouraged to develop new business opportunities and contribute ideas to evolve current partnerships.
Requirements
- You are a passionate sales professional with several years of experience in new client acquisition and cold outreach.
- You are highly organized and value an independent, solution-oriented, and structured way of working.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain long-term business relationships at the decision-maker/executive level.
- You see the big picture and think both strategically and analytically to develop the best solutions for our clients and our company.
- You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with different departments.
- Exceptional commitment is a matter of course for you.
- Ideally, you have prior sales experience with publishers, manufacturers, or companies in the construction, trades, real estate, or architecture sectors and have your own network in these industries.
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
- You are willing to travel occasionally within the DACH region.
