About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, implementation, and management of global benefits, wellness, and leave programs
- Execute global benefits strategy to provide competitive offerings
- Perform utilization and cost analyses to manage healthcare spend
- Partner with international brokers for competitive renewals
- Optimize global leave of absence and accommodation management
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams for compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global, fast-scaling, publicly traded tech companies
- Financial acumen for managing multi-million dollar benefits budgets
- Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, data modeling)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex plan mechanics
- Self-starting approach with a natural appetite for process efficiency
- Preferred: Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation and hands-on experience with Workday Benefits
