Lead the design, implementation, and management of global benefits, wellness, and leave programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global, fast-scaling, publicly traded tech companies
Financial acumen for managing multi-million dollar benefits budgets
Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, data modeling)
Exceptional communication skills for translating complex plan mechanics
Self-starting approach with a natural appetite for process efficiency
Preferred: Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation and hands-on experience with Workday Benefits
