About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Evolve and execute DO’s global benefits strategy to provide market-competitive offerings
  • Perform regular utilization and cost analyses to proactively manage healthcare spend
  • Partner with international brokers and vendors to negotiate competitive renewals
  • Optimize global leave of absence and accommodation management by automating workflows
  • Lead global open enrollment strategies and communication campaigns
  • Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams for compliance with international labor laws

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global, fast-scaling, publicly traded tech companies
  • Specific expertise across the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar benefits budgets
  • Evaluate medical funding arrangements
  • Execute cost-containment strategies without sacrificing employee experience
  • Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup, data modeling)
  • Exceptional communication skills to listen actively to diverse employee needs
  • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation (or progress toward it) and hands-on experience with Workday Benefits are highly preferred
