Key responsibilities & impact

Evolve and execute DO’s global benefits strategy to provide market-competitive offerings
Perform regular utilization and cost analyses to proactively manage healthcare spend
Partner with international brokers and vendors to negotiate competitive renewals
Optimize global leave of absence and accommodation management by automating workflows
Lead global open enrollment strategies and communication campaigns
Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams for compliance with international labor laws

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global, fast-scaling, publicly traded tech companies
Specific expertise across the US, Canada, Europe, India, and Pakistan
Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar benefits budgets
Evaluate medical funding arrangements
Execute cost-containment strategies without sacrificing employee experience
Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup, data modeling)
Exceptional communication skills to listen actively to diverse employee needs
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation (or progress toward it) and hands-on experience with Workday Benefits are highly preferred
