About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Evolve and execute DO’s global benefits strategy
- Perform regular utilization and cost analyses
- Partner with international brokers and vendors
- Optimize global leave of absence and accommodation management
- Lead global open enrollment strategies
- Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, and Finance teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive benefits experience within global, fast-scaling, publicly traded tech companies
- Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar benefits budgets
- Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup, data modeling)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to listen actively to diverse employee needs
- Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation (or progress toward it) and hands-on experience with Workday Benefits are highly preferred
