About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations to ensure flawless execution and a seamless participant experience
Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments to maximize efficiency
Architect a rigid internal control framework and drive comprehensive equity reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance
Partner strategically with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax to support Section 16 filings and resolve complex data anomalies
Navigate global regulatory updates and tax mobility frameworks to ensure international compliance and mitigate tax risks
Collaborate with executive stakeholders to prepare Compensation Committee materials and proxy equity tables
Develop and execute scalable employee equity education programs to maximize perceived value of Total Rewards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global, fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company
Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation are strongly preferred
Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup)
Proven track record of breaking down complex, ambiguous data issues across multi-system environments and engineering scalable, automated compliance solutions
High relational intelligence to communicate intricate financial narratives simply and build cross-departmental alignment
Proactive, continuous-improvement mentality with dedication to leaving processes better than you found them
