About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations (grant processing, RSU vesting/settlements, stock option exercises, cancellations, ESPP enrollment/purchases)
Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments (Workday, ADP, Fidelity)
Architect a rigid internal control framework and drive comprehensive equity reconciliations
Partner strategically with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax to support Section 16 filings
Navigate global regulatory updates and tax mobility frameworks
Serve as a subject-matter expert on DO’s stock plans
Develop and execute scalable employee equity education programs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global, fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company
Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation are strongly preferred
Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup)
A proven track record of breaking down complex, ambiguous data issues across multi-system environments
The ability to communicate intricate financial narratives simply
A proactive, continuous-improvement mentality
