Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations to guarantee flawless execution
Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments
Architect a rigid internal control framework and drive comprehensive equity reconciliations
Partner strategically with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep, hands-on experience leading equity and ESPP programs at fast-scaling, publicly-traded technology companies
Technical expertise to operate in the details and the strategic perspective to advise leadership
Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global level
Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and a Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation are strongly preferred
Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets with zero-error execution commitment
Proven track record of solving complex data issues across multi-system environments
