Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global, fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company
  • Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation are strongly preferred
  • Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup)
  • Proven track record of breaking down complex, ambiguous data issues across multi-system environments
  • Ability to communicate intricate financial narratives simply
  • Proactive, continuous-improvement mentality
