About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations
- Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across multi-system environments
- Architect a rigid internal control framework and drive comprehensive equity reconciliations
- Partner strategically with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax
- Navigate global regulatory updates and tax mobility frameworks
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on stock plans
- Develop and execute employee equity education programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience leading complex equity and ESPP programs at a global, fast-scaling, publicly-traded tech company
- Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW and Certified Equity Professional (CEP) Level 3 designation are strongly preferred
- Expert command of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex logic formulas, xlookup/vlookup)
- Proven track record of breaking down complex, ambiguous data issues across multi-system environments
- Ability to communicate intricate financial narratives simply
- Proactive, continuous-improvement mentality
