Key responsibilities & impact

Develop business cases and financial analyses for potential acquisitions and investments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-7+ years of investment banking and/or corporate development experience.
Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Experience modeling capital allocation scenarios including debt financing and lease structures.
Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
