About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce planning activities.
Maintain the employee roster and position planning data models.
Assist in analyzing budget-to-actual variances related to salaries and other workforce expenses.
Monitor, maintain, and validate data integrations between Workday and Adaptive Planning.
Perform data quality audits and structural reconciliations.
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using Google Sheets and Adaptive Planning.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and People Analytics teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with corporate finance concepts.
A deep understanding of data systems and data models.
Advanced proficiency in constructing analytical worksheets.
