Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the preparation, review, and tie-out of SEC filings
Draft new disclosures aligned with US GAAP
Prepare financial statements and cash flow statements

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years of progressive accounting experience including 4 years of direct SEC reporting experience
B.S. in Accounting or Finance
Active CPA license strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Proficient in SEC reporting software and ERP Systems
Self-starter who can work independently
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-organized with excellent time management
