Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the preparation, review, and tie-out of SEC filings
Draft new disclosures aligned with US GAAP
Prepare financial statements and the statement of cash flows

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years of progressive accounting experience
Minimum 4 years of direct SEC reporting experience
B.S. in Accounting or Finance
Active CPA license strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Proficient in SEC reporting software (Workiva, Intelligize)
Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle Fusion) and Excel
Self-starter who can work independently
