About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with infrastructure growth plan
- Act as the main contact for financing partners
- Manage all facets of the lease portfolio
- Coordinate equipment needs/orders between teams
- Coordinate the operational execution of new leases
- Provide financial forecasting support
- Establish and maintain processes for lease intake
- Serve as the primary liaison for program stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a business, technical, or analytical field (e.g., Business Administration or Economics)
- Experience in financial modeling and forecasting
- Familiarity with accounting and finance concepts
- Proven experience managing and leasing data center equipment
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
