Requirements
- Experience leading engineering efforts to deliver innovative storage solutions
- Experience automating, operating, and troubleshooting production systems
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and storage fundamentals
- Experience with containerization (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with concurrency / parallelism models in modern programming languages
- Relevant domain experience such as Ceph, S3, block storage, containerization, software routing, and load balancing
- Experience leading discussions on architectures and design patterns
