About the role

  • Engage senior leaders and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal/Privacy, and external partners to drive alignment
  • Act as the primary bridge between commercial teams, Tech/Data teams, and vendors
  • Develop and manage commercial project plans, reporting, and steering routines
  • Lead value realization for all activation initiatives
  • Define clear value hypotheses, KPIs, and success metrics for each use case and track commercial impact
  • Orchestrate multiple commercial and technical workstreams
  • Coordinate with technology vendors, marketing agencies, system integrators, and strategic partners
  • Proactively identify and mitigate commercial, operational, and technical risks
  • Partner with commercial leaders to prepare Sales, Marketing, and channel teams for new activation capabilities
  • Ensure deliverables meet commercial requirements, compliance standards, and performance benchmarks
  • Define and evolve the activation layer roadmap beyond the initial project scope

Requirements

  • Proven commercial delivery experience with customer data and activation platforms
  • Demonstrated success leading CDP driven commercial initiatives
  • Experience should show measurable commercial impact across the Nordic markets
  • Strong commercial understanding of customer data and activation fundamentals
  • Deep knowledge of concepts such as identity resolution, customer segmentation, audience activation, omni channel personalization, customer journeys, and privacy/consent management
  • Exceptional stakeholder management across commercial and technical teams
  • Ability to operate confidently between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Comfortable presenting to senior executives and driving alignment across diverse audiences
  • Strong facilitation, leadership, and change management skills
  • Solid grasp of project governance with the ability to manage hybrid commercial–technical delivery
  • 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross functional commercial programs
  • Background in B2C industries managing transformation initiatives
  • Experienced in managing multivendor ecosystems
