About the role

  • You identify, persuade and win new customers in the mid-market (SMEs) for whom SCRIPTOMAT delivers real productivity advantages.
  • You develop and manage your own new-business funnel — from identification through to closing.
  • You lead compelling first meetings, analyze process challenges and position SCRIPTOMAT as the solution.
  • You conduct product demos, prepare proposals and drive deals to a structured, independent close.
  • You work closely with the product and implementation teams to understand customer needs and potential.
  • You actively drive our market expansion and contribute your own ideas for new industries and use cases.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, IT or digital solutions.
  • Proven success in new-client acquisition: prospecting, outreach, demos and deal closing.
  • A good understanding of mid-market business processes — HR, Operations, Legal or Finance is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, confident presentation ability and solution-oriented argumentation.
  • You work in a structured, goal-oriented way and feel comfortable in a scale-up environment.
