About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the expansion of our Business Development activities and identify new client, project and business opportunities.
  • Research potential companies and contacts and prepare information for outreach and acquisition efforts.
  • Further develop and optimize processes for lead generation, CRM maintenance and sales support.
  • Analyze KPIs and prepare reports, presentations and decision-making documents.
  • Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and automations.
  • Support the HR team with recruiting, applicant communication and onboarding of new interns and employees.
  • Assist with administrative tasks across HR, Finance and Office Management.
  • Organize daily office operations in Berlin and provide support for meetings, workshops and internal events.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are a matriculated student in a relevant degree program.
  • Interest in Business Development as well as business and organizational processes.
  • Structured, reliable and self-directed working style.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area.
