About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the expansion of our Business Development activities and identify new client, project and business opportunities.
- Research potential companies and contacts and prepare information for outreach and acquisition efforts.
- Further develop and optimize processes for lead generation, CRM maintenance and sales support.
- Analyze KPIs and prepare reports, presentations and decision-making documents.
- Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and automations.
- Support the HR team with recruiting, applicant communication and onboarding of new interns and employees.
- Assist with administrative tasks across HR, Finance and Office Management.
- Organize daily office operations in Berlin and provide support for meetings, workshops and internal events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are a matriculated student in a relevant degree program.
- Interest in Business Development as well as business and organizational processes.
- Structured, reliable and self-directed working style.
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Residence in Berlin or the surrounding area.
