About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Your key responsibility will be the maintenance of customers' robotic environments, with a specific focus on process-level issues
- In this role, you will respond to tickets registered in our ticketing system, ensure the smooth operation of customer processes, collaborate with other teams and departments, and participate in internal initiatives
- You will play vital role in ensuring compliance with operational procedures, SLAs, and security requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Have experience with at least one of the following areas (UiPath, Blue Prism, AI Agents)
- Additional experience in automation, other RPA technologies or AI-related solutions is a plus
- Have experience in a customer facing role, ideally with big corporate environments with multiple stakeholders
- Worked in an intercultural environment and have good understanding, that the communication is more than just sending a quick message
- Are passionate about continuous improvement how can we offer the best support (some of our customers worked with since the beginning of our operations)
- Feel confident communicating verbally and in writing in English
