Key responsibilities & impact

Support with day-to-day operational accounting tasks
Preparation and sorting of invoices, receipts and payments
Maintenance and structuring of our digital accounting processes
Support in automating recurring tasks
Collaboration with our team and external contacts
Proactively suggest ways to make processes simpler, faster and cleaner
Documentation of processes so knowledge isn’t just kept “in someone’s head”

Requirements

What you’ll need

Good numerical sense and attention to detail
Ability to work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
Comfortable with digital tools or able to learn them quickly
Interest in automation and smart processes
Discretion when handling sensitive information
Willingness to take responsibility and ask questions
Initial experience in accounting, finance, assistance or office management is a plus but not required
