About the role
- Proactively reach out to warm leads generated from our ads (telephone outreach)
- Conduct phone follow-ups with customers throughout our sales process
- Build and maintain a stable lead pipeline together with your sales colleagues
- Identify customer needs and position our LinkedIn solutions
- Perform live LinkedIn profile optimizations with customers
- Work closely with the founders and the sales team to optimize processes and build customer relationships
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- You enjoy taking ownership and contribute creative ideas
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and persuasion skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
- Independent working style, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow in sales
- Interest in LinkedIn and social media platforms
