About the role

  • Proactively reach out to warm leads generated from our ads (telephone outreach)
  • Conduct phone follow-ups with customers throughout our sales process
  • Build and maintain a stable lead pipeline together with your sales colleagues
  • Identify customer needs and position our LinkedIn solutions
  • Perform live LinkedIn profile optimizations with customers
  • Work closely with the founders and the sales team to optimize processes and build customer relationships

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • You enjoy taking ownership and contribute creative ideas
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills and enjoyment in interacting with people
  • Independent working style, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow in sales
  • Interest in LinkedIn and social media platforms
