About the role
- Proactive outreach to warm leads generated from our ads (phone-based prospecting)
- Telephone follow-up with customers within our sales process
- Building a stable lead pipeline together with your sales colleagues
- Identifying customer needs and positioning our LinkedIn solutions
- Performing LinkedIn profile optimizations live with customers
- Close collaboration with the founders and the sales team to optimize processes and build customer relationships
Requirements
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- You enjoy taking ownership and like to contribute creative ideas
- Initial experience in sales, customer service, or a similar area is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, and enjoyment interacting with people
- Independent working style, willingness to learn, and motivation to develop further in sales
- Interest in LinkedIn and social media platforms
