Define and drive long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap for Pharma R&D product area, aligned with revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage.
Use data insights to identify opportunities for innovation and inform product strategy; prioritize features and initiatives based on data and client feedback.
Monitor product performance through analytics, metrics, and user feedback; define and track KPIs and report to stakeholders.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and end-of-life; produce PRDs, epics, and user stories and ensure timely delivery and quality execution.
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional product teams (developers, QA, UX), and partner with Engineering to ensure product quality and compliance.
Conduct customer-centric product discovery: work with UX, Customer Success, and Sales; run site visits and research activities; embed client needs in development.
Support adoption through documentation, training, webinars, and enablement initiatives; assist sales in go-to-market activities, RFP/Tender responses, product demos, client meetings, and events.
Scope, prioritize and launch new solution to help Pharma R&D teams with drug target pipeline prioritization, biomarker identification, and drug repurposing; define direction for existing products supporting these use cases.
Report to the Product Director Enterprise and lead product-market fit efforts for Life Science customers, facilitating cross-team collaboration across the Enterprise segment's products.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, including product discovery and delivery.
Demonstrated ability to solve hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and deliver solutions.
Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration among teams with diverse expertise.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation and relationship management skills.
Highly developed organisational skills and ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
Demonstrated ability to adapt projects in response to changing requirements.
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Domain knowledge: Experience in Life Science solutions, preferably for pharmaceutical companies.
