Define and drive long-term strategy, vision, and roadmap for Pharma R&D product area, ensuring alignment with revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage.
Use data insights to identify opportunities for innovation and inform product strategy; prioritize features and initiatives based on data, client feedback, and strategic value.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and end-of-life; manage product ideation, requirements specification, and validation; produce PRDs, epics, and user stories.
Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional product teams (developers, QA, UX); ensure product quality and compliance throughout development.
Work closely with UX, Customer Success, and Sales to gather feedback, conduct research (site visits, online meetings), and support adoption through documentation, training, webinars.
Support sales and go-to-market activities including RFP/Tender responses, product demos, client meetings, and events.
Monitor product performance through analytics, KPIs, and user feedback; regularly report to stakeholders and apply pragmatic product management practices.
Lead scope, prioritization and launch of new solution to help Pharma R&D teams solve drug target pipeline prioritization problems, including biomarker identification and drug repurposing; define direction for existing products supporting such use cases.
Report to Product Director Enterprise and work to improve product-market fit for Life Science customers; maintain working knowledge of all Enterprise segment products to facilitate cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, including product discovery and delivery.
Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and deliver solutions.
Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration among teams with diverse areas of expertise and responsibility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation and relationship management skills.
Highly developed organisational skills and ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
Demonstrated ability to adapt projects in response to changing requirements.
A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Domain knowledge: Experience in Life Science solutions, preference for pharmaceutical companies; experience in Pharma R&D and drug lifecycle pipeline.
Domain knowledge: Data processing, FAIR data, ontologies, knowledge graph technology.
Work authorization / residency: Must reside in one of the following countries where the employer has legal entities: United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, or Romania.
