About the role
- Holistic advising of prospective students on the course portfolio with a focus on continuing education in IT and Business
- Conducting individual needs analyses and defining goals while taking personal qualification profiles into account
- Thorough evaluation of application success prospects based on qualitative and quantitative data points
- Process ownership for the entire candidate journey from first contact through contract signing
- Confident support in securing funding and professional stakeholder management with employment agencies
- Strategic further development of advisory standards
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of proactively and openly engaging with prospects
- High affinity for dynamic work environments and pursuit of ambitious targets
- A high degree of independence, responsibility, and the ability to maintain oversight when handling multiple complex application processes in parallel
- Several years of experience in a consulting-intensive B2C sales environment or in upscale hospitality and gastronomy
- Solid experience collaborating with employment agencies and job centers
- Confident use of Google Workspace applications and proven experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken, and good English skills
