Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of proactively and openly engaging with prospects
  • High affinity for dynamic work environments and pursuit of ambitious targets
  • A high degree of independence, responsibility, and the ability to maintain oversight when handling multiple complex application processes in parallel
  • Several years of experience in a consulting-intensive B2C sales environment or in upscale hospitality and gastronomy
  • Solid experience collaborating with employment agencies and job centers
  • Confident use of Google Workspace applications and proven experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken, and good English skills
