About the role

  • Provide comprehensive advisory services to prospective learners on the course portfolio, with a focus on further education in IT and Business
  • Conduct individualized needs analyses and define goals while taking personal qualification profiles into account
  • Perform thorough evaluations of applicants' chances of success based on qualitative and quantitative data points
  • Own the process for the entire candidate journey from first contact through to contract signing
  • Confidently support the acquisition of funding and conduct professional stakeholder management with employment agencies
  • Strategically further develop consulting standards

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for proactive, open engagement with prospective learners
  • High affinity for dynamic work environments and pursuit of ambitious targets
  • A pronounced degree of independence, personal accountability, and the ability to manage multiple complex application processes in parallel
  • Several years of experience in a consultative B2C sales environment or in upscale hospitality and gastronomy
  • Solid knowledge of collaboration with employment agencies and job centers
  • Confident use of Google Workspace applications and proven experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, and good English skills
