About the role
- Provide comprehensive advisory services to prospective learners on the course portfolio, with a focus on further education in IT and Business
- Conduct individualized needs analyses and define goals while taking personal qualification profiles into account
- Perform thorough evaluations of applicants' chances of success based on qualitative and quantitative data points
- Own the process for the entire candidate journey from first contact through to contract signing
- Confidently support the acquisition of funding and conduct professional stakeholder management with employment agencies
- Strategically further develop consulting standards
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for proactive, open engagement with prospective learners
- High affinity for dynamic work environments and pursuit of ambitious targets
- A pronounced degree of independence, personal accountability, and the ability to manage multiple complex application processes in parallel
- Several years of experience in a consultative B2C sales environment or in upscale hospitality and gastronomy
- Solid knowledge of collaboration with employment agencies and job centers
- Confident use of Google Workspace applications and proven experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, and good English skills
