Use data and customer insights to identify innovation opportunities and guide prioritization.
Monitor performance and market trends to inform strategy and optimize features.
Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Generate, validate, and document product ideas and requirements (PRDs, epics, user stories).
Collaborate with UX, support, and sales teams to integrate customer feedback and research into design and conduct client meetings or site visits.
Support successful adoption of products through collaboration with Customer Success and Support; create adoption materials and assist go-to-market efforts.
Part of the global Product Management team; reports to Mark Moreau.
Requirements
Experience in software product management, with a strong track record in both discovery and delivery phases.
Problem-solving expertise, with the ability to navigate complex challenges, assess risks, and deliver effective solutions.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, using product management tools and frameworks to align teams and drive outcomes.
Excellent communication abilities, including presentation, written communication, and stakeholder relationship management.
Highly organized and self-directed, able to manage priorities and work independently.
Adaptability, with experience adjusting to evolving project requirements.
Curiosity and passion for innovation, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
(Highly desirable) Experience using Overleaf or other scientific writing products.
(Highly desirable) Experience in and/or domain knowledge of academic research and writing.
