About the role

  • Visibility in education portals: Independently maintain and optimize our course listings on Kursnet and MeinNow
  • Keyword analysis & monitoring: Conduct analyses of the search intent of potential course participants and regularly monitor our rankings
  • Content optimization: Create and adjust SEO-relevant course texts to ensure the best possible discoverability for people interested in education vouchers
  • Project support: Work closely with the marketing team to scale our organic reach in the German education sector
  • Process support: Assist in building efficient structures to publish new course launches quickly and SEO-optimized across all platforms

Requirements

  • Degree or training in marketing/communications and initial practical experience in SEO
  • Experience with the Federal Employment Agency portals, in particular Kursnet and MeinNow
  • Strong data literacy, quick comprehension of complex relationships, and a structured approach to work
  • Excellent command of German (C2) — confident for producing target-group-oriented course descriptions — and very good English skills
  • Independent, proactive problem-solving mindset and experienced use of AI tools for content creation
