About the role
- Teach the fundamentals of digital sales, CRMs, AI automations, sales strategies and channels, sales conversations, and negotiation skills in live online sessions
- Deliver content ranging from basics to advanced topics such as Excel, data analysis, AI integrations, business processes, KPI definition, as well as personal development and mindset
- Prepare and continuously develop our course curriculum
- Work closely with our pedagogical team
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in a relevant field and/or several years of sales experience, especially in the digital sector
- Teaching experience in the relevant topics
- Experience with remote teaching and strong digital affinity
- Very good German and English language skills
- Strong pedagogical competence, didactic skill, patience and enthusiasm for working with learners in further education
