You are the primary contact and ensure the course becomes a real success—for participants from first contact to completion
Whether organizational or interpersonal, you work together with our teaching, product, and admin teams to find solutions that truly help
You keep class records meticulously, monitor absences and dropouts, and ensure everything runs smoothly
When things get tricky, you act as the bridge between participants and instructors—calm, clear, and empathetic
You warmly welcome new participants and ensure they finish their course with a positive experience
Requirements
You hold a university degree and ideally bring 1–3 years of professional experience—e.g., in adult education, with educational providers, in project management, customer service, or similar fields
You are confident in German and English—both written and spoken—and always choose the right words
You enjoy interacting with people and handle even difficult conversations with empathy
Even when things get hectic, you keep an overview and navigate complex structures with poise
You feel comfortable in an international environment and can adapt to different perspectives
Nice-to-have: coaching or mediation training—not required but a plus. Experience working with people under high stress is an asset—empathy is your key strength.
