Requirements
Proven experience managing large, cross-functional branding programmes with a focus on commercial or marketing initiatives.
Strong background in programme governance, planning, and delivery at scale.
Experience working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance stakeholders.
Commercial acumen, with demonstrable impact on revenue growth and customer engagement.
Skilled in stakeholder management and executive-level reporting.
Experience with risk management, change management, and budget oversight.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Flexible and adaptable, able to oversee a variety of commercial programmes outside core marketing.
Proficiency in programme/project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, PMO frameworks).
Experience in a matrix structured B2B/B2C SaaS organisation is highly desirable.
