About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary brand ambassador for organic social media
- Own the day-to-day scheduling, posting, approval, and reporting of social media content
- Develop, manage, and continuously optimize the global social media content strategy
- Monitor and report on social listening activity, delivering actionable insights
- Lead and maintain the organization’s Employee Advocacy program
- Collaborate with the Snr. Manager to oversee the planning and execution of integrated social media campaigns
- Stay current with the latest digital and social media trends and share insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4-7 Years of experience in content management or marketing, preferably in a multi-regional or global context
- Demonstrated expertise in copywriting, content editing, and managing content calendars
- Experience in writing and localizing content for various markets and channels
- Strong knowledge of data-driven campaign reporting and analytics
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, preferably Marketo
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders across global, regional, and subregional teams
